Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Rochester is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

10000000/10 From the service to the food, chefs kiss! I got the fruity pebble bagel with strawberry cream cheese, you can tell this food is made with love. They have an awesome group of people working in there, will definitely be back!

I was charged $5.24 for a bagel with cream cheese and thought it was rather high. I asked the young man at the drive up window how much the bagel is and he replied $1.85. So it's $3 for a spread of cream cheese! Yes. When I got home there was very little cream cheese in the bagel and it was barely toasted. So I stopped in today to talk to a manager and she said it was $3 for the cream cheese and that prices had gone up considerably. I commented that the amount of cream cheese was very little and she explained that depending who makes the bagel I could get more or less. Then a gentleman who was working the window came over and said I was being rude. I had not raised my voice and just wanted to be sure I had been charged correctly. He was very rude and aggressive to me at this point and said if I was done I need to leave. I won't return. Obviously the saying that a customer is always right does not apply to this business. Apparently poor customer service is on their menu.

Very good bagel sandwiches and decent coffee. Ton of options. It was a cool environment, comfortable and easy to hang out for a while. Staff was hit and miss, some of them were very friendly and helpful, some of them seemed bothered by having to help.

Stopped into SoHo Bagels & CafΓ©, tucked away in the old Stoneridge Plaza, after my wife was craving lox and bagels. Safe to say the craving was handled perfectly. She ordered the lox and salmon bagel sandwich with cream cheese and a side of potato salad, and it was exactly what you want from a place that takes bagels seriously. Fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned without feeling overdone. I kept it simple with a garlic herb cream cheese on a multigrain bagel, and sometimes simple is the right move. The bagel had a great texture and the cream cheese had just the right balance of flavor. We both had cappuccinos, which paired really well with the meal and rounded everything out nicely. The cafΓ© itself has a quaint, relaxed feel. Itβs the kind of spot where you can actually slow down for a bit instead of feeling rushed in and out. Comfortable, welcoming, and just a good overall vibe. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a place weβll return to. Highly recommended.

10s, 10s, 10s, across the board!*As flamboyant as possible π€£* slammin bagels they have chicken sausage, and turkey sausage and sliced turkey for those that dont eat pork. Vegan options as well. Seems to be plenty lgbtq friendly π€£π that goes a long way for sure in this climate. I searched the area for an alternative to pork, and this is the only place i could find. Super friendly to first timers, no rush, everything was fresh and delicious! Im going back up for cookies, they were huge!!!! Pretty straight forward Operation btw signs indicating where to order and where to pay, its really not that complicated.
